Independent Incline Village Chairman Bill Horn will be giving an overview 
of the issues that face Incline Village in the very near future.  This is 
with respect to Incline Village becoming a charter city, a city or a county 
and how it will impact each and every citizen of Incline Village and 
Crystal Bay
