Due to some kind of computer problem when coping text from Word to my email program, the formatting of the last alert message got messed up.  Wayne Fischer (our web master) and I have cleaned up the formatting problem and also made a few editorial changes.  Wayne has also posted the revised alert on the home page of our web site and in the Alerts Archive page.
