NPTR: Alert #66 Email Address Error Correction

Unfortunately, in the process of generating the alert yesterday, two errors 
were made in the email address of the Washoe County Commissioners.

R Larkin email address had a period in the address
Sferrazza email address was missing the last "za"


Following are the corrected addresses.  Just copy and paste into the email 
To: field.

dhumke at mail.co.washoe.nv.us, jgalloway at mail.co.washoe.nv.us, 
bweber at mail.co.washoe.nv.us, rlarkin at mail.co.washoe.nv.us, 
psferrazza at mail.co.washoe.nv.us
