REMINDER!

ALERT:#233
DATE:March 21, 2010
TO:Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Owners
FROM:Village League Tax Revolt Committee

Dear Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Tax Protesters,

Next Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 2:30 P.M.is our hugely important hearing in the court of Washoe County District Judge Patrick Flanagan.

The significance of this lawsuit cannot be overstated. Our attorney, Suellen Fulstone, filed this legal action on behalf of every single Incline Village and Crystal Bay property owner in 2003, and it has taken 7 years of litigation for us to get to this crucial point.

We want everyone to know that we are just as committed to getting justice and refunds for our over collected property taxes now as we were then – perhaps even more so.

Every taxpayer in our area will be affected by the outcome of this case.

Please attend this hearing to show your support.

Parking is not difficult but you will have to feed the meter. We would suggest that you bring $2.00 in quarters.
