Incline's Ingemanson to be honored
 
The Nevada Policy Research Institute announced Maryanne Ingemanson
of Incline Village has been named the recipient of the Institute's 2012
Chairman’s Award. The award, which will be presented to Ingemanson at NPRI's
21st Anniversary Celebration on Nov. 3 in Las Vegas, is given annually to a
Nevadan who has shown outstanding courage and leadership in the effort to advance
the cause of liberty. 
 
"Maryanne Ingemanson has been a true leader in the fight for
freedom here in Nevada, and we at NPRI are thrilled to recognize her as this
year's Chairman's Award recipient" said Andy Matthews, president of NPRI.
"On so many occasions, particularly her efforts in securing justice for
property-tax payers at Lake Tahoe, she has demonstrated a fearlessness and
commitment to principle that warrant the respect of every freedom-loving
Nevadan. We at NPRI are grateful and fortunate to have her as an ally.”

Assets, which has battled illegal and unconstitutional taxation by Washoe
