Dear Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Owners,
 
June 14, 2013 – 9:00 AM - Court of
Judge Flanagan – Dept. 7, Washoe County District Courthouse - 75 Court Street,
Reno Nevada
 
Once again we are asking all of you
to join us at another hearing before Judge Flanagan. Washoe County and the
State of Nevada are attempting to overturn all of our previous victories at the
Nevada Supreme Court and re-assess all properties in Incline Village and
Crystal Bay for the 2003, 2004 and 2005 tax years. Of course, we anticipate
that they will increase values, allowing them to claw back the refunds that
already have been paid for 2006 and subsequent tax years.
 
This illegal action is in addition
to Washoe County trying to escape paying the refunds that are owed to IV/CB
property owners to equalize 2003 and the following years.
 
 
THERE IS MORE…
 
Can you believe that if the
opposition succeeds in winning this latest battle that no assurance of clear
title could ever be issued to any property owner in the State of Nevada? Washoe
County and the State are arguing that for whatever reason, for however many
years in retrospect, properties can be levied with additional taxes that cannot
be appealed. You could get a surprise notice from Washoe County saying that you
owe thousands of dollars for previous tax years.
