Dear Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Owners,

A settlement agreement has been reached between all parties involved in our 17 year battle over excess property taxes levied solely on Incline Village and Crystal Bay residents.  The matter is dismissed from the Nevada Supreme Court.  The next step is to present that agreement to the District Court for review and approval.  The hearing before Judge Drakulich is scheduled on October 5th at 2 PM.  You will find the notice on our website.  Go to:
