Hopefully, you have not forgotten that the third payment needs to be in the mail by the end of today. We are still suggesting that you pay your taxes under protest. <p><font size="-1" face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular">The Village League has received a huge response from Incline Village and Crystal Bay property owners who want Tom Hall Esq. to challenge the 8% increase on the appraised valuation of land on their behalf. The Village League must file the appropriate paperwork for a mass appeal by January 15th. We need to receive your check and your signed </font><font color="#00008b" face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular"><b>Authorization for Representation</b></font><font size="-1" face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular"> form by the evening of January 13th. I am suggesting that you have both items in the mail by Monday, January 10th, should you wish to join the group being represented by the attorney.</font></p>
