<p><font size="-1" face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular">Just a click on your computer and you can participate in the law making process at the Nevada State Legislature without ever leaving your home.</font></p>
<p><font size="-1" face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular">AB (Assembly Bill) 392 is exactly what is needed to provide fair and equal treatment for the Nevada taxpayer. Currently, the state can file a legal action against a member of the public and be awarded attorney’s fees and costs, if the court rules in their favor. </font></p>
<p><font size="-1" face="Arial,Helvetica,Geneva,Swiss,SunSans-Regular">However, no such provision is offered to protect the citizens of Nevada in the opposite case. Votes in favor of AB392 will even the playing field.</font></p>
