TO: Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Owners
FROM: Village League Tax Revolt Committee

Dear Incline Village & Crystal Bay Property Owners,

Katy Singlaub, Washoe County Manager, wrote an article in last
Friday’s Bonanza, which commented on our tax revolt efforts. Les
Barta, one of our Village League Board Members wrote a rebuttal to Katy’s
tax revolt comments.

Bottom line: Our Washoe
County elected officials do not want give up the battle on property
taxes. They think they are still right and we are wrong, despite
the fact that the Nevada Supreme Court ruled we were wronged by the
Washoe County Assessors.

If you have not read both articles in the Bonanza, we suggest you take
the time to read both articles. You will see what we are up
against.
