This email message will confirm my phone conversation with Mrs. Xxxx this
morning. We have received your payment of the fourth installment
real estate taxes associated with APN xxx-xxx-xx, and

your check rather than depositing it until we get the adjustments made to
the current tax bills. </font><font face="Times New Roman, Times">
