So many of you have graciously offered to assist in our efforts to fight
the bureaucrats, and now we have a simple way in which you can indeed
become part of the fight.<br><br>
Just with a click on your computer you can participate in the law making
process at the Nevada State Legislature without ever leaving your
home.<br><br>
Senate Bill SB 478 is exactly what is needed to provide fair and equal
treatment for the Nevada taxpayer. Currently, the state can file a legal
action against a member of the public and be awarded attorney’s fees and
costs, if the court rules in their favor.<br><br>
However, no such provision is offered to protect the citizens of Nevada
in the opposite case. Votes in favor of SB 478 will “level the playing
field.”<br><br>
