has received appeal petitions and agent authorization forms for
hearings to be held before the State Board of Equalization. Names
appear only once, though the appellant may have listed more than one

Monday, March 10, 2008, 4:00 P.M. Their Fax number is 775-684-2020. <br>

The State will not consider postmarks of March 10 as timely.<br>
<br>
Attorney Fulstone has delivered to the State over 800 petitions that
were submitted to her by March 6, 2008, as was directed in Alert #164. <br>
<br>
The saga continues. We are still anticipating a favorable written
decision from the Nevada Supreme Court in the near future.<br>
