Appellants with jurisdictional issues, i.e. no appeal was filed with the County by the Petitioner, appeal filing was late, etc.<br><br>• <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);"> The list of 1384 taxpayers represents Petitioners who filed personally signed individual appeals, by January 15, 2008 for the 2008-2009 tax year. </span><br><br><span style="font-weight: bold;">If your property is not on either list and you feel that you did indeed timely file a personally signed Petition, <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">DO NOT</span> call Attorney Fulstone, Wayne Fischer or Maryanne Ingemanson.
