<DIV>Once again, the State Board of Equalization (SBOE) is hearing the Washoe County Assessor’s appeal of our 2006- 2007 tax year victory which we previously won for <STRONG><FONT color=#ff0000>EVERY PROPERTY OWNER</FONT></STRONG> in Incline Village and Crystal Bay.</DIV>

<DIV>The amounts of refunds at stake are enormous, and the County is frantically fighting us at every turn and in every possible way.</DIV>
