<DIV>The State Board of Equalization (SBOE) unanimously voted to reject the Washoe County Assessor’s appeal that challenged our win at the Washoe County Board of Equalization (CBOE) on March 8, 2006. The CBOE unanimously voted to roll back <STRONG><FONT color=#ff0000 size=5>ALL</FONT></STRONG> Incline Village and Crystal Bay personal property values to the 2002-03 valuation for the tax year 2006-07.</DIV>

<DIV>Attorney Suellen Fulstone represented the taxpayers and did an outstanding job. Special thanks to all who attended today’s hearing and to those who stood up and spoke to the State Board of Equalization members. Your testimony clearly made an impact.</DIV>
