<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-AUTOSPACE: ideograph-numeric" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">The courtroom was completely filled with attentive, respectful participants who observed perfect decorum during the three hour presentation of oral arguments by Attorney Suellen Fulstone, who represented all of the 9000 homeowners in Incline Village and Crystal Bay, versus the three attorneys representing Washoe County and the State of Nevada.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>

In fact, he took an unusual step to accommodate us by asking for and receiving authority to continue past the <o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt; TEXT-AUTOSPACE: ideograph-numeric" class=MsoNormal><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'">5:00 P.M. court deadline so that all parties could complete their presentations.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
