<P style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: 'Arial','sans-serif'; FONT-SIZE: 11pt">Since 2003, Mr. Gammick’s office has constantly tried to create as many court cases as possible, thereby stalling the Village League’s efforts to get our property tax refunds issued as was ordered by the Nevada Supreme Court.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></P>
