an Order granting our appeal of a District Court decision and directing the
District Court to send the case to the State Board of Equalization to equalize
property valuations throughout the state. This case was filed in 2003 and has
met with a great deal of resistance.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">
</span>This is the second time in the case that we have had to take the issues
to the Supreme Court and that the Supreme Court has decided in favor of
taxpayers.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>This case concerns, in part,
the lack of equalization between Incline Village/Crystal Bay and the lakeside
portion of Douglas County. </span></div>
