a long battle with cancer, Maryanne Ingemanson passed away on Wednesday night.</span></div>

<div style="margin:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt"><span style="font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">Maryanne,
among her many other accomplishments, formed the Village League to Save Incline
Assets some 12 years ago and directed the efforts to battle Washoe County over
the illegal and unconstitutional appraisal methods used to assess our
properties. Her tenacity, leadership and commitment led to a 45 million dollar
refund to<span style="mso-spacerun:yes"> </span>Incline Village and Crystal
Bay property owners. And the fight she started continues on with the Board she
created and guided.</span></div>
